It been about three months since my friend and I went to check out the then newly launched self-grill restaurant in town, Grills In and Out, located at 1 Kindia Close, Off Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, has two sections, the self grill section which has tables fitted with grills that enables customers to have a personalized mini barbecue. They also have the regular section were customers are served in the usual restaurant fashion. However, we are more interested in the self grill section, which as far as I’m concerned is its first of its kind in Abuja.
So I asked followers of @tastensnap on Instagram their suggestions on what I should cook for Sunday Lunch. There were a couple of good suggestions but I went for Shepherd’s Pie, simply because I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could make it as good as Tulip Bistro Restaurant and Grill. Theirs is hmm hmm hmm good!
