Beef Kebab Kinda Day

It was the day of the inauguration of President Mohammadu Buhari and my friends and I decided to do a mini barbecue to enjoy the long weekend. We 9 to 5’ers live for long weekends like this…the feeling of feeling free,  to do what you please,  when you please and how you please…like Bruno Mars,  we’ll be singing “…today I  don’t feel like doing any work ,  I  just want to barbecuuuuee!”

So we went to Amigos Supermarket (a.k.a 4U Stores)  to buy what we’ll be needing.
Here are the ingredients :
Marinated Beef
Bell peppers
Onions
Bamboo Stick (Skewers)
Salt

Method :
Since the meat has already been marinated from the stores,  all you’ve got to do is add a bit of salt to taste,  then assemble the kebab on the skewers with the sliced onions and bell peppers in between the beef pieces.
Next, place the Kebab on a pre-heated grill,  turn the Kebabs over every 2-3 mins to ensure that it’s cooked on all sides.
And food is ready!
I know,  very easy right? We had the Kebabs with sweet wine and grapes.
